We could not have been happier with how Fare to Remember catered and orchestrated the wedding celebration attended by nearly 100 held at the University of Miami's Newman Alumni Center, which is a venue available for rent even to people who are not associated with UM. Sarah met with us at our home to discuss everything, especially selecting the delicious variety of Mediterranean dishes cooked just right and presented artfully. The catering staff led by Harvey Schwartz was warm and professional. Our guests raved about the setting, food and service, including a skillfully tended open bar, provided by the aptly named Fare to Remember.

I just had my daughter's baby shower catered by Fare to Remember yesterday and I have to say I was beyond pleased with the food and the service. All my guests complimented me on the food. They were on time, they set up and picked up promptly and put all the left overs in containers for us to take. I loved that they worked within my budget and the most amazing thing was that I called them on Thursday and my event was on Saturday and they came through for me! They deserve ten stars in my book! Also, I also worked with Analisa, great communication, she was a sweetheart! Thank you!

Sarah and her team helped my family prepare a lovely spread for 75 guests at my mother's celebration of life service. We were in a tight space at The Deering Estate on a busy Saturday. Her crew had only 90 minutes to set up but it was beautiful and our guests were raving about the tastes and presentation. The waiters were inobtrusive and professional. We just had our daughters wedding catered by fare to remember and I must say all 205 guests could not stop raving about the food. The hors D'ouevres stations that we chose were amazing. Hamburger hotdogs fries sweet fries onion rings, oriental station with take out containers ,and a Mediterranean station with falafel pitas hummus etc. We had tons of hors D'ouevres passed and then a dinner of a salad main dish and an amazing Molton chocolate cake with flambé bananas. Service was impeccable . Isis was in charge of the event and she was in charge. If you want a worry free delicious food affair go with fare to remember

A fare to remember is awesome!! The food is presented soo beautifully, and is absolutely delicious! ! Every dish I have had at a recent wedding was excellent! I have also catered a party in my home, and was so pleasantly surprised to find the food arrive on time, and a professional staff member took the time to display the delicious food beautifully on my table! My guests loved the food and I loved that Fare To Remember picked up all of the serving pieces the following day!! I highly reccommend them!! The owner takes a personal interest in every affair!!!
